Best customer service

Metro Bank puts the customer first. Transactions are quick and efficient, with no fuss or wasted time. The staff are polite and friendly. The savings accounts have good interets rates - better than the other major UK banks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021

Awful product and terrible customer service

I took out a fixed term bond with Metro. What was not made clear when I opened the account was that interest is paid into a separate very low interest interest account, so you lose the benefit of compound interest. A day after the account matured, I was unable to access the funds. I was unable to withdraw them online! I messaged Metro to ask them how I can withdraw my money and I am awaiting a response. Good interest rate at the time, app easy to use

Brilliant service easy access and smiley people

Online banking is easy and clear to use with all the information you need at your fingertips. If you go into the branch it's full of smiley people who are very helpful and attentive. A great place to save with good rates too. Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
