Best customer service

Awful product and terrible customer service

I took out a fixed term bond with Metro. What was not made clear when I opened the account was that interest is paid into a separate very low interest interest account, so you lose the benefit of compound interest. A day after the account matured, I was unable to access the funds. I was unable to withdraw them online! I messaged Metro to ask them how I can withdraw my money and I am awaiting a response. Good interest rate at the time, app easy to use
