A friendly bank to customers

I live in Newport and there's no branch of the bank in Newport. Each time I have issues with my account, it usually been resolved effectively by customer service through the telephone. I sometimes travel to Cardiff and the staff were amazing Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Good to have a bank that is open so long and if I have a problem I can talk to a human being not like these internet banking which if you've got a problem isn't for me

Great tool to manage my savings and it is also very easy to use

Is a peoples bank.
