Very attentive customer service and highly recommend, if you need to speak with customer services they are always on hand to give advice. Just found out that I can use the account to send quotes just like the accounting software I use so I will be closing my software account down and do everything with mettle Reviewed on: 21st March 2026

I have been banking with mettle for around 3 years now. They have been fantastic at keeping me informed about any changes or updates to do with my account. They also supported me when the type of account I had, needed to change - this process was entirely seamless, and they were super communicative along the way. Excellent to find free business account, especially...

Excellent to find free business account, especially being a small sole trader, and completely sold as it also comes with FreeAgent for free. Refer a friend for £50 is a nice cherry on the top! Something to uplift the service, would be access to speak to customer service in a NatWest bank when needed. Overall, very happy with Mettle and regularly recommend them! Reviewed on: 21st March 2026
