Very attentive customer service and highly recommend, if you need to speak with customer services they are always on hand to give advice. I have been banking with mettle for around 3 years now. They have been fantastic at keeping me informed about any changes or updates to do with my account. They also supported me when the type of account I had, needed to change - this process was entirely seamless, and they were super communicative along the way.
