Great Support - clear app

I've been with Mettle for several years now, nothing but a good experience. Even the move over from an E-account after my first year was a well handled change over. The separate pots are are handy, with automatic distributing from each invoice paid. The in app support has been very helpful in times of potential stress. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

Everything with Mettle is super easy!

From day 1 everything with Mettle has been super easy and they've always been very responsive when I have had questions. I especially love the 'pots' feature which has finally got me saving the right amount for my end of year tax bill. Mettle is a great banking service that delivers exactly what it promises! It's Free & Includes FreeAgent

Generally a very good and useful banking app. All the basics for a small company (one person) on your phone and easy to use. It also includes FreeAgent which can do all your accounting tasks; and this is the best feature. Still annoyed about the Mettle transition when sort and account number changed; makes invoicing difficult as every outstanding invoice needed changing, re-submitting and delays as clients have another task to do and opportunity to delay payment. It was only the free access to FreeAgent that stopped me from leaving. However, since then it's been fine. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

I launched my business in Sep 2021. I was looking for a business account that was tailored to my needs of running a small business from home, Through research I decided to go with Mettle. They have been absolutely brilliant and customer service is excellent. The app is very easy to use, and any queries I've had I just send a message and very quickly you are speaking with a real person. Always prompt and helpful, would definitely recommend mettle! Stress free business support in a bank account

The customer service is personal and I get a reply promptly. The features help me run my business easily and keep on top of invoicing. The link with Free Agent also means tax returns are easy and I can predict and save for the final bill reducing stress and worry. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025
