I have had great experience with mettle but...

I have had great experience with mettle they have been always excellent with customer service or whenever I needed anything. I took one star off because I wanted to work with Amazon. And, as a business, is impossible as the bank does not provide an iban ,which is a shame. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Breath of Fresh air after coming from a high street business account. Easy to setup and to use. Mettle has a ton of features and just works. Integration with free agent is amazing and the customer service is efficient with no long phone calls or jumping through hoops. No drama they just get all the essentials right.
