Horrible, the bank decided to switch my account details without any support to switch over the DD. This caused me plenty of issues, late penalty fees due to missed payments, in addition to manual switch all my direct debits. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

I have been with Mettle for a few months. I understand that the compliance is very important to the bank. I appreciate the way Mettle's professional has contacted me regarding the supporting documents etc. Although I am small customer, I felt I have been valued.
