Account suspended to resolved

We engaged the helpdesk, after they had suspended our account as we had not replied to emails. We were able to reinstate our account after we furnished all the correct info. We had fantastic assistance and are so pleased to continue with Mettle. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

I opened a Mettle account in the first few weeks after going self-employed, and it's one of the best business decisions I made. The app is so easy to use and it allows you to keep on top of incoming and outgoing payments on the go. The free subscription to Freeagent is a real plus, and cuts out admin needed to match up payments with invoices. I often recommend Mettle to people starting out in business, and will continue to do so! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Excellent bank (and app!) for small businesses

Excellent bank for sole traders or small businesses like mine. App is excellently designed. Only two areas where I feel they need to improve is: (1) allow transaction searching by amount of transaction and (2) allow international payments or at least facilitate the setting up of this via Natwest's main bank.
