As a small business ease of use and cost is so important. I love the help function on the app and have found the agents so responsive and accessible. The fact that FreeAgent accounting software is linked and free is amazing and helps me, someone who is very much not accounts focused, keep on track of everything! No fees for small business and excellent service

As a small business I don’t get charged fees which really helps. I locked myself out of the app a while ago, my call was answered immediately and 10/10 service from the call handler. Easy to set up, easy to follow and easy to use app. Reviewed on: 18th March 2025
