Mettle have been nothing short of excellent. The app is easy to use, it has great features, the team are really helpful and quick to respond whenever you get in touch, and they send helpful updates. I have been with mettle for 5 years now, If I have ever had a banking issue, the customer services team are really helpful and responsive, solving my issue quickly every time. I couldn’t ask for a better business account, it’s so simple to use and with daily tasks to prompt you to record your book-keeping, it makes my accountant very happy. Simple, safe and secure!! The app is really easy to use and I love that I get access to FreeAgent accounting software through Mettle too. I receive notifications for each payment and can easily categorise everything to help with tracking my expenses. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
