Account pending verification for over 2 months, sent out 4 emails, never got any replies

I've recently decided to try some freelance work, and I got Monese recommended to me by several of my friends for their ease of use and simple registration. Oh boy was I in for a ride. To give credit where credit is due, the registration process really is straightforward, you fill out your information, do a photo session with your passport and then wait for them to verify your account. This is where everything went downhill. After I did the KYC I got a screen stating that my information is being verified and that I will get a notification when my account is verified. THIS WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. This screen is still there when I log in to the app. I've tried using their live chat which is useless since it only lets you talk to a bot. I've sent FOUR emails, two to their official support email address, and two trough the app to a different address. I never got any reply. For this to be even more infuriating, one of my friends registered a week after I did, and he already received his card. It took them 15 minutes to verify him. This is absurd, if there is a problem with my verification at least have the common courtesy to give me a notification that my application is denied or reply to my emails. I DO NOT recommend their service, there are much better alternatives out there. Reviewed on: 23rd December 2021

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I've been a customer for nearly two years: the service has been terrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. A year ago, they kept nearly £6000 of my money and didn't transfer it to my account for 6 weeks. This caused me severe financial issues. In addition, 6 weeks ago, they suspended my account saying they needed some identity and address information. I supplied that information (the same information used to open my account) got no reply for 6 weeks and now they say they are closing my account ! Good riddance to bad rubbish...a terrible "bank". Never open an account!Fraudulent Bank

My friend’s account has been blocked with all savings without any reason! No answering the phone or email! You have thousands and thousands of complaints every social media platforms, websites and Google. How can you keep running this company ? They blocked my account and not responding to emails

on the 29th of November, 2021, they blocked my account and did not respond to the email. I have offered help to solve the restriction, but they are not getting back to me. My money is held and I have no idea when it will be released. Reviewed on: 8th December 2021

They have stolen my 800 EUROS

Dear All, It seem this company is on the eve of bankruptcy. I am suggesting to join for opening an official trial against this company. They have stolen our 800 EURO. As you understand from the practice we know that who will be first they will get their money back. Now I need at least 100 people who is a victim of this company. Please send DM to me. After we will hire a legal company and start trial. Unfortunately we have not other choice to reimburse our money. And from my point of view, who will be late, they will not get anything.
