Fucked up

So am locked out after putting the app into a new phone. Just once I wanted a real reply from a real person I read all the comments and the reply were the same sorry for your problem wait for email from the team that never comes. Mean while people have no money no way to survive but it's easy to say just wait for the email just wait for the email go fuck your self's and your email Reviewed on: 22nd July 2021

Release my account

I got your response saying there is a reason why an account is blocked, I have read it millions of time I have not see anything that I have done out of it, and u have been quiet for ever on it, it is a month now that my account has been blocked without any word or response, I am already writing to FSA on this, because this is hurting and I don't know how a financial company can be so wicked blocking people account anyhow. Other standard banks are there, they never do such a thing, every where people talk wrong about monese, please release my account as I don't have any mail from you on what to do or what to expect, have sent mails millions of times, no response, please release my account. SCAM and FRAUD activities

They block access to app/account without any reasons and explanations. Since 3 weeks no response from this fintech. I contacted: Uk: The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Belgium: The Financial Services and Markets Authority Feel free to contact also (to make an complaint): FPS ( Federal Public Service) of Economy ([email protected]) MONESE LTD should not continue any business activities as a fraud company! Account blocked no email and no customer service

Say away at all costs they block accounts for you just getting a new phone. there no costumer service They give you the wrong information on how to solve a problem if you even contact them. like in my case they told me to uninstall the app as it was not letting log in then it blocks the account and takes them forever or if at all to fix it. IT NOT THE BLOCKING OF THE ACCOUNT THAT BOTHERS ME ITS THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES THEM TO FIX IT AND THAT THERE'S NO COSTUMER SERVICE And they do not respond to resolver which is run by the financial conduct authority in the UK so even though it says on their website that they're follow the policies of the financial conduct authority they don't Reviewed on: 18th July 2021

Release my blocked accounts

Release my account please, am broke, I never do illegal business what I even have is not much and I am managing my self as a student, still you block me. Monese am tired, please . Have called millions of times, u don't pick, sent mail severally but you ignore it. This is a bad approach to a legit customer. Thieves

Blocked my account for logging in from my new phone and getting a refund on a wish purchase. Told to 'wait for email'. Reported to FSA and watchdog. DO NOT USE THIS APP Reviewed on: 10th July 2021

MONESE IS A SCAM

MONESE stole my boyfriend's money, blocked his account on Dec 2020, unblocked him after few days but his £2600HMRC grant was never given back to him!!!!We complained to Financial Obusdman, when are they going to stop stealing people's money?????? ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!

Absolutely shocking............ Received an email out of the blue on the 30th of June, asking for invoices and proof of payments through my business account and to confirm some personal shopping purchases. I responded within 2hours of receiving the email. I have a business account with monese and a personal account with a considerable amount of savings. Been paying 25 pounds a month for nearly 2 years. I've been completely ghosted, they are not responding to emails and not picking up calls either. No access to any of my funds. Personal bills have bounced. I cant pay any of my suppliers via the business account. I've had payments from companies I contract for returned. No answer. No customer support. Utterly shocking. I was stolen!

My account was just blocked FOR NO REASONABLE REASON!! I bought a new phone and I did all the checks asked in the app to authorize the access to my account in the new phone and for no reason my account is now blocked!! My whole money is in the account and Monese does not do anything. Nobody from the compliance team ever contacted me!! They don’t answer emails and nobody pick up the phone. TOTAL SCAM!!
