Arranged a product switch.

Arranged a product switch with James Warburton (mortgage adviser). Very thorough and professional. Explained matters well. Prompt in his dealings and made the process simple. Reviewed on: 18th October 2024

First class customer service

Had a rate change enquiry which was dealt with promptly and expertly. The initial contact was by email but a member of staff telephoned me to follow up on my query and further assistance was given today by Jamie Warburton who knows his onions!!
