Recent visit to the Chepstow branch.

Went into the Chepstow branch and as usual they were very helpful. We had various things to do with both our accounts, and we thought we may need to make an appointment for one of the jobs. Turned out we could do the job there & then, over the counter......Very positive result! Reviewed on: 6th August 2025

I was unable to set-up the mobile app.

I was unable to set-up the mobile app. I followed the instructions but was unable to insert the 2 factor authentications. The app just froze. You must make it simpler to download the app. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2025
