Monzo was the only choice I would make

From the beginning of my journey Monzo has been present. So it was natural for me to want to have my business account registered with them. I am a disabled founder and every time I use my account, features, or log in via the web browser, I am reminded that they are doing a far better job to support me than most other banks. First Class

I came across an issue with a transfer from another bank to Monzo. I messaged them through ‘chat’ straight away, explained the situation and all was resolved within an hour by a friendly person, who openly, listened and confirmed all details that I needed to confirm to the other bank for them to release the transfer.
