Easily the best bank I have had an account with

Everything is clear no hidden or surprising anything! Using the card abroad, transferring money, requesting money just everything. I'm in complete control of my bank. The pots are fantastic. Being able to view upcoming bills days before they go out. There's so much that helps me feel in control. Even misplaced cards can be frozen and unfrozen at will. Proberbly the best bank in the world!

modern, complex, easy to use

Challenger, more like challenge complete

Currently looking for the right moment to move away completely from my brick and mortar bank (I won't name names but it's definitely BOS). Monzo just offers more convenience for me, from payments between friends to savings pots to save the change.
