Brilliant bank Excellent Customer Experience

I have been using Monzo for last 4 years. So far I am completely satisfied with the services and customer experience. Monzo app has all the features that provides all the possible banking services without physically visiting the bank branch. I guess that is the USP of Monzo. Reviewed on: 24th February 2023

Monzo makes me money smart

I love that I can easily split up my spends to different pots which provides a great summary of what I spend money on. Also, being able to split a bill and create a receipt is so convenient. I love Monzo's antifraud features as well so I know that my money with Monzonis in safe hands. The latest feature encouraging me to set saving targets as well is just mindblowing.
