Banking has never been the same since Monzo. They help me manage my money on my terms and make banking personal and easier to manage. And yes, I’m now a pot-o-holic with pots for salary stuffing and saving. Love it. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Reviewed on: 19th February 2023

Constantly one step ahead of the incumbents

It has been a feature of Monzo's presence in the banking market for the last few years that they release a new feature that everybody would find useful. Soon after there is an advert from a high street bank claiming they came up with this fantastic new idea and aren't they fantastic. Most of the time, it's a poor imitation of the experience you get with Monzo. First class customer experience. Reviewed on: 18th February 2023
