Super bank not on government handouts

Want to back with a bank that doesn’t need government handouts or handing out dubious Covid loans? Then bank with Monzo Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

A completely broken Bank not fit for purpose on iOS.

The app hasn’t worked at all to almost a year. Crashes every time I try to launch it, which makes banking with Monzo impossible. Look elsewhere if you want a bank that actually works. Customer support is either nonexistent, unresponsive, or if they do get back to you, completely unhelpful. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

Best Bank I've Used

I've tried over the years NatWest, RBS, Lloyds, Santander, HSBC, First Direct (which is pretty great) & Nationwide. Monzo beats them all with by a long distance. It's app, customer service is fantastic - it's amount of products ever growing. Reviewed on: 24th January 2023

A life-changing banking experience for someone with ADHD

As someone with ADHD, managing my money is difficult particularly when it comes to impulsivity. Using many of the great features of Monzo such as pots, virtual cards, salary sorting and direct debits from pots I'm able to ensure my outgoings are consistently paid, and budget and save over time towards 'rainy day funds' and funds to cover gifts for others.
