Outstanding

I've had a couple of bank accounts and monzo is by far the best account. Any problems at all and customer service is straight on it!!! Easier to deal with than actually going into a high street branch of any other bank I've used before. 10/10 from me!!! Reviewed on: 8th March 2022

Easy to use

Easy to use, all online with no paper statements so it's environmentally friendly. They also have a great customer service team - every time I've had an issue it is resolved promptly and never without too much hassle. Reviewed on: 7th March 2022

Fantastic bank - way more than just a holiday card!!

Like most people, I got Monzo initially as a card to use on my travels. Since then, however, I now get my salary paid into it and use it as my main bank. I like the feature to get your salary a day early, and the “salary sort” feature is useful, as are the “pots” (on payday I automatically have my salary sorted into each pot - e.g. phone, rent, car - and then the bill gets paid directly from that pot. Means I’ve never missed a payment!) Would highly recommend it. Reviewed on: 6th March 2022

Still the best fintech there is
