Fab customer service

Love all the pots you can open to make saving money easier. The one time I've needed to contact them to open a dispute with an atm, they did very quickly and easily and won the dispute. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 4th March 2022

Bank for the new generation of young professionals

I've always felt unsupported by banks ever since I was young. Monzo was the first bank to help me take control of my finances. They created more value with their services in 1 year thank my previous banks (barclays and Lloyd's) could in 15. Reviewed on: 3rd March 2022

Helped me recover from debt

Brilliant bank

I have bank accounts with Santander and Barclays and decided to open one with Monzo as my husband used them for personal and business, and I’ve ended up closing both my Barclays and Santander bank and now I only have Monzo.
