Just the perfect bank

Never had any issues with Monzo. Payments and transfers are immediate and they seem to lead the way in many things. Needed to transfer a large sum in a day to complete my house purchase and it wouldn't have been possible if I didn't have the money in my Monzo account. In under 2 hours after security checks were done, I was able to transfer the sum. Monzo is how all banks should be. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

Amazing customer service , they really go out their way to help you. I have online banking and you can see exactly what comes out of your account there and then. Monzo is WONDERFUL

Absolutely love how Monzo has made their app. It's different to every other banking app out there and works flawlessly. I love how easy it is to split bills with people and that is the feature that made me get Monzo in the first place. The pots are a neat idea and makes saving SO EASY. user friendly, prompt in resolving problems, transparantely

i've been using monzo for 2 years now, never had any issue, good security, always had someone answer all my questions if i had any, mobile app meets all my criteria, can freeze the account in seconds and unfreeze it as well, i get to see in seconds any transactions done.
