Quick, easy to access and simple service.

Monzo has a service which is easily accessible. The way they sort out the issues is clear as well. There will be a complete history of the chat, for a particular any particular individual issued they can also call us if needed, but keep everything clear. Not to mention, their response is quick most of the time. The way their operation is designed, in the mobile app, is simple and has good features like sending or requesting money from a person using only the mobile number, etc. Overall, great experience.
