Fantastic bank with an easy to use and understand app. It's easy to speak someone if you have any issues and I really like the ability to create pots where you can squirrel away money that doesn't show in your available.balance but can be accessed instantly if needed. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

I've been with Monzo for a few years now and have loved every moment! It's very intuitive and transparent to use, and you definitely feel that the bank is made *for* you rather than to work against you. Simple, straightforward and approachable

I opened a Monzo account a number of years ago, mianly to use the account when abroad. As the company evolved so did my perception of them and a couple of years ago I took the plunge and made them my main bank account. I can honestly say I have never had any issues with my account, the app is slick, payments are instant and it has allowed me to manage my money so much better than before. Banking should be easy, that's why Monzo is the best current account in my view. Everything is manageable within the app, no need for card readers that inevitably get lost and it has drastically improved my budgeting and overall financial health. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

So easy to use and friendly

Monzo is brilliant, incredibly easy to use and all the extra effort they have put in to make all the small print into language that is understandable is SO appreciated. I was with NatWest for years and never really understood how my money was kept or what rights or protections I had until I joined monzo. I love all the bill sharing functionalities and the really simple effective app. I recommend to all my friends and family. Reviewed on: 15th April 2021
