Outstanding, evolving and listening

Having been with Monzo as a Beta tester since their early days of being Mondo, it's been exciting watching this bank grow. Every step along the way they've persevered to do their best, to listen and include their community in creating the best bank. They may not have always gotten everything right first time (Monzo Plus) but their ability to recognise that, go back to the drawing board and come out with an even better product sets them apart from other high street banks and new Fintech banks. The perfect digital first bank

Best Service

I have been a Monzo customer since 2016 and have never had an issue. Customer service is easy to get a hold of and always very helpful. Any issues are rectified quickly and swiftly. Their innovative app has allowed me to manage my money and budget with full flexibility. The instant alerts also have been so helpful in allowing me to see where I spend most.
