Best Bank Available!

I can honestly say nothing bad about this bank - amazing user Interface - multiple savings pots, getting salary paid early and so on. They are always adding more and more features and the only thing I would suggest is maybe start to offer a credit card? Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Best bank I've ever had, and I've worked in banking previously for others

By far the best bank I've ever been with. Yes, they're app/online based, so you don't have the option for a branch, but who cares? If you can use a phone, then you're able to bank with Monzo. The app is brilliant, the customer service is brilliant. And I've got both my personal and business bank with them. Amazing bank. Keep up the great work Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Professional, efficient, easy, I understand my finances!

I love MONZA because 1. everytime a payment is made, I get a notification 2. if I have a problem, I can message or telephone and I will always get someone helpful. 3. I am not treated like a moron when I don't understand something. 4. Always positive and customer services always talk to me honestly and with respect ... I don't feel they are "doing me a favour" which is the case with many bank staff. 5. the App is easy to understand and use. 6. I always know the state of my finances 6. I can plan and I feel I am in control of my own situation. 7. When my card was stolen, they were fantastic and sent me a replacement which arrived before they had promised! Brilliant bank!
