A fantastic experience if a little slow to catch up

I have no doubt Monzo and banks like it are the future of banking. And so far Monzo has be absolutely stellar at satisfying my banking needs. Only complaint I have is that in the last year or so it seems to have slowed down in catching up with what I would expect to be standard banking features. But it's definitely still miles ahead of any other bank I've used in customer support and ease of use. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

The best bank by a million miles

I have used Barclays, First Direct and Nat West. None even come close. Most of the competitors new features are reacting to Monzo releasing them previously! It is incredible for budgeting and paying bills Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

The best bank I have ever had

Monzo helped me get a better relationship with money and my finances in general. The way the app shows my money live and I can categorise it is amazing and being able to link with systems like IFTTT to do savings challenges is something I never thought I would need. Amazingly safe and easy banking

Banking with Monzo keeps me mindful of what I’m spending with a ‘kerching’ on each transaction. I can also use my card for transactions abroad without the added concern of extra banking costs when I come back home. I have recommended Monzo to family and friends. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
