Amazing service from Monzo

I wouldn’t usually take the time to write a review, however, since I opened my account with Monzo I have been extremely impressed with the overall user experience. The app is very user friendly and the different pots make it super easy to budget, whenever I’ve had any issues the customer service team have come back instantly with a resolution. I also really like that they offer Monzo plus, this offers even more benefits and it’s handy having everything in one place. Best bank I’ve used! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Simple, Stress Free Banking

Simple, Stress Free Banking which so successfully removes the support difficulties I have had with other Banks in the past. It has great features, the app is very responsive and easy to use, plus I trust them not to invest in environmentally detrimental industries such as fossil fuels. They clearly care more about their users than other banks I have used, and have cultivated a loyal customer base. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

I’ve banked with Monzo for some time now and can say that they are by far the best bank. I love the fact that everything is done online. The only downside, I would say, is that you cannot scan and pay in cheques. If Monzo had this, it would be the icing on top of a pretty already amazing cake. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Monzo have been a great bank to use so far, they have now become my number 1 bank and I haven't looked back. They are strides ahead of the others and their communication is also 100% better than previous banking experiences. I couldn't recommend them more highly!! Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Good bank with future proof traits

I like 95% of my experience with Monzo. Being able to get wages a day early is a great feature and I've never had any issues with security or access to my funds. The only thing that prevents this being a 100% review is being charged to deposit or withdraw my own money after a certain amount. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
