Best online bank ever

Monzo has great customer service agents who do their best to solve problems quickly. The online bank is extremely easy to use and everything is straightforward. Would definitely recommend them as an alternative to high Street banks. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

Blows away regular banks

When I first got introduced to Monzo, it was just night and day compared to my previous bank. As soon as your card is accepted on a terminal, you get a notification from the app immediately. With old banks, you are lucky to see your transaction within a day. Their customer support is great too, needed to transfer 10k+ to my NS&I account and the support rep very quickly gave me the ability to transfer extra funds. Best feature is being able to create shared tabs for me, this allows me and my partner to automatically split our rent and utility bills and see them all in one place. Reviewed on: 13th April 2021

The best bank I have had!

Love the fact everything is instant you can see what you have spent and come in straight away. You can also have you savings all in one place. And i can us it abroad with out lots of extra charges! I got the teenager kids on it to show them there spending - which is also gives you a year over view so it puts it in to perspective of what they have spent! Simply awesome! Everything at your finger tips.

Fantastic bank, attention to detail is second to none. Decision making happens in an instant when applying for a product. The perks the company offer are great l, the all is amazing.
