Everything I need and more

The app is clean, reliable and simple. The spending trackers and pots features are particularly useful. Especially the direct debit pots so I can keep on top of my regular out goings. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Fast and easy, all works like a dream. The access to the account is secure but so much better than the traditional online banking millions of codes and widgets. Instead, just have an email to your address and a magic link to open the app. I moved away from smile and didn’t look back. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2021

Brilliant App

I love Monzo's app. It's easy to navigate and looks great too. Pots make saving and paying bills simple, and is a good way to separate reoccurring bills from spending money. I also had to deal with Customer Service (in-app chat) and my question was answered with 5 minutes. Brilliant service. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2021

How banking should be done

Since joining Monzo around 3 years ago my banking has been completely transformed. Going from an "old-fashioned bank" to Monzo has allowed me to save more effectively, manage my money more easily and with the the pots split up the money for different things that I am saving up for.
