It shows that Monzo built what it means to be a bank from a clean start, and using modern concepts and technology, and to someone like me, that makes all the difference Some examples of this are the instant push notifications on the phone, being full and native mobile banking, being able to get (absolutely excelent and far more pleasant experience then phone support with other banks) through chat on the phone. In every aspect monzo feels like it is part of the 'now' and not an evolution based on centuries of history and constraints Reviewed on: 13th April 2021
