Simple and effective

Monzo is one of the best banks I’ve ever joined, the app is so easily laid out, switching my account over was simple and when I had any problems I could immediately contact the team in the app and not have to wait for 30+ on the phone to be put through to someone who doesn’t care, the team really cares and reassures you you and your card and details are all safe.
