Changed The Way I Spend!

I have been with lloyds bank since 2015 until i heard how good Monzo Bank is. When i decided to move over i kept my lloyds account open as i was unsure if it would be for me. I have since closed my lloyds banking account and moved completely over. I have saved thousands since using Monzo and it is so much easier for me to bank without worrys. I get consistent Notifications on my spending and even when im at an ATM i get a notification that my card has been used so i know exactly what to expect. Reviewed on: 11th April 2021

Quality bank service

Rude and unhelpful staff.

Forget customer service, worst for customer service. However the app is good but it is severely let down by the whole operation of Monzo as a company and bank. Disappointing :( Reviewed on: 9th April 2021
