New & insightful

I love how user friendly Monzo is. It's also so easy to stay on track of your spending and to visualise how & where you're spending your money. I don't have my salary paid in to my Monzo - for some reason I don't quite trust it & it makes me feel a little uneasy. Maybe they could prove their security & safety. Best bank account I have used

It's their feature rich app that's the big deal. Takes banking to a whole new level with pots and budget management. The budget management system has literally made me save £1000s that I otherwise wasn't really able to keep track of. Apart from that, banking has itself become very convenient. In many cases where a brick and mortar bank would cause inconveniences. For example when you lose a card, you'd have to report it and it'll take a few days for them to send a card. Also when you change address, some ask you to verify by sending them documents or visit in person. All the above is dealt wonderfully by their 24X7 available helpline. For example if you lose a card, you can freeze until you find it. Change of address, takes a second to do (they just verify it's you by fingerprints) Plus many many other things which you'll realise after using it. You might think many brick and mortar banks are providing the same. But it's Monzo and Starling where they have taken ideas from. Full Monzo for more than 2 years. And have no regrets, to the contrary I actually am finding banking to be fun! Who would have thought?! Reviewed on: 20th February 2021

Excellent and easy to use

I love Monzo as it’s so easy to use. I get instant updates on my balance so I’m never left guessing about transactions which are going to come out a few days later. Pots have changed my life and made it super easy to budget and save for numerous different things at once. The customer service is excellent too and I’ve always been very happy with their help and actions. Reviewed on: 19th February 2021

Really useful for those little savings

Been with monzo for a few months. It has been great to use it for a way to save little bits at a time for different things. Old banks won't give you the flexibility monzo can! Reviewed on: 19th February 2021
