Excellent 1st year using Monzo as primary account

I started using Monzo as my primary bank account on 9 January 2020 and the first year with them has been nothing short of amazing! The app works perfectly and is able to do everything I need. No more waiting in bank branches for hours to do simple tasks that could have been done online or on an app. So far, I'm very happy using Monzo as my primary bank account and would highly recommend them to anyone. Absolute game changer in the banking world, a real disrupter. The ability to get paid early, have instant notifications, see my receipts in app, and tag my spending is so useful to me. Support are also amazingly helpful. Not to mention they have assistance for you if you have mental health problems that can impact your spending. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2021

Still miles ahead of the incumbents

Monzo leapfrogged the incumbents with their excellent app-based UI and customer experience. This has still been steadily improving as the business now scales up and goes mass-market. Features like getting paid early, salary sorter, shared tabs and bill splitting make managing money painless compared to days of old. Keep up the good work! Reviewed on: 19th January 2021
