Efficient service that works for me

I find that Monzo pay attention from the little details - ike dragging your dollar into the wallet for an early pay day - to the big decisions, like how easy, quick and efficient it was for me to find out what credit would be available to me via Monzo Loan. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020

The bank of the future

Monzo has done so much more than provide another place for people to put their money. They have transformed people's relationship to their finances. Managing money has never been so transparent and intuitive, both of which drive consumers to better plan for the future. I see myself as a loyal Monzo customer for a long time to come. Monzo changed my life

With Monzo I finally can see how much I'm actually spending and be conscious in my day-to-day purchases instead of constantly guessing whether I'm in or above my budget. Before monzo I did do budgeting the old way - in a spreadsheet, but it was very time consuming and always after-the-fact end of month budgeting, it could not inform my day to day money decisions. With Monzo I'm actually saving effectively now. Also the easy access savings pots allow me to make money on my buffer monthly cash rather than let it just sit there. And they gave me a very easy and cheap loan to refinance my short term expensive debts and stop paying hundreds of pounds in interest where I could pay pennies. It's cheap, but not cheapest on the market, but also the transparency and ease of use for the loan totally justifies half-percent cost difference. Reviewed on: 16th January 2020
