Community based feel with great user experience

Monzo's communication style is so focused on what the customer needs; I feel like I've had to opportunity to join consultations on big changes (i.e. fee structures, international withdrawals) and the user experience across the app is well thought through - for a new bank I feel incredibly safe banking with them, which is quite a feat. Banking of the future

Best bank on the market!

For a new bank to come into the market and make such an impact as Monzo has is nothing short of incredible. Not only is their app a breeze to use, but their customer service is second to none. Add to that the they have 'Social Meetups' with account holders throughout the UK not only to get to know each other better but to bounce ideas about and for Monzo to give us insight as to what they have got planned.
