The Bank that made me a grown up

I've had Monzo since 2016 (a year after they've launched) and honestly the simplicity of the app, yet complex enough to give me pots/summarys and such is amazing. The customer support (although I've only had to use them once or twice, which really sells how great the service is for me as its my main account) is amazing and nice, and even stuff like emojis make the experience more personal. And finally with the pots feature I feel gently nundged in the right direction to save money, something I'm so happy for as I've always struggled with saving Reviewed on: 7th January 2020

Takes the stress out of banking
