Best Banking Experience

I don’t have a single thing wrong with monzo! If I’ve ever had an issue or even a query it is so easy to message them and hear back in minutes! No more being on hold for hours! Saving is so much easier now with the use of pots! Really could not recommend enough!! Reviewed on: 20th November 2019

I went full Monzo and I never looked back

The Monzo team are always a click away if you need anything, Monzo are always innovating their products and finding new ways to save you money, they constantly roll out new products and features and allow you to test them, if a new feature is not well received they either change it or take it off. my monzo

i’ve used it since 2 years now and i wouldn’t change it with any other banks. i even subscribed the monzo plus account.. a bit deluding tbh but the company has stepped back and they are now working to riformulate the offer. it’s good that a bank had got such a human and humble approach. waiting for the new monzo plus! Slick, modern and simple

The app is extremely sleek and modern looking and all banking features that Monzo offer are very slick and easy to use. Customer support has slipped in the past year and wait times for chat are extremely long unfortunately. But this is still a bank I would heartily recommend to everyone.
