Fantastic Money Management

Allows you to properly manage your money. I stopped using a cashback credit card as Monzo helped me save more than I gained in cashback! Great customer service whenver you need them with competitive saving accounts on offer. Couldn't recommend them more. Reviewed on: 13th November 2019

Built on bedrock; keeps getting better

I've used Monzo since mid-2017 when it was still prepaid, and it became my main bank when they introduced Current Accounts. After recent changes to the app allowing payments to be made from Pots (and your salary to be automatically sorted each time it's paid in), I'm now in a place where I feel so much more confident in keeping to a budget and managing my money overall. Making money work!

No other bank has such a deduction to making money work for everyone. From providing in-app features to help financial management, to committed spending pots to hide away money on payday. Monzo is leagues ahead of the competition and it shows, as legacy banks are scrambling to match Monzo features from years ago (I'm looking at you, card freezing), whilst Monzo continue to innovate. Best bank ever

I have been with monzo for almost 3 years now. I have had small issues and questions but every single time they have been dealt with instantly with a friendly voice in the app. I switched fully to the joint account from an account with another legacy bank and will never go back.
