Supportive bank. Continually evolving for the better.

I’ve been with Monzo since 2018 and it’s been amazing to see it grow into an incredible bank. I joined for the withdrawals when travelling but now have even more protection - travel, phone and breakdown cover. I also am able to save money in pots, get paid early, and use the app to the maximum. Their app has been extremely helpful for me as a neurodiverse individual and helps me to stay in control of my finances. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Banking with personality

First class customer service team - plain English explanations and supportive staff. A paid current account that provides actual value for money. The best bank I’ve ever banked with. The fact that they provide their ‘Tone of Voice’ customer service training docs on their website is just one of the ways that demonstrates their transparency. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

Passionate about banking

The most iconic card in the banking game

Monzo is an easy to set up and use Account. The iconic card is now a staple item in the wallet, and I love catching sight of others with the same card. It's almost a cult following! The ease of use from splitting bills, sending payments to friends is fantastic. And I love the feature of sharing a payment link to those who do not have Monzo. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025
