Solid and dependable, just lacks rewards

Monzo's app is solid and dependable — it just works, every time. Notifications, budgeting tools and the overall experience are excellent. This is the first bank that I feel works for its customers. It’s always prompt at answering questions and queries. It’s always on your side. When fraud has happened, they respond and repay quickly so that you’re not out of pocket. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to get either current, business or both accounts. It’s very easy to use and keep your eyes on everything. The pots on both accounts that I have help budgeting. It also allows you to pay from each pot. Monzo is a fantastic banking business.

Monzo is a fantastic banking business. Combining all accounts into one place, having many perks for customers, and bring able to open different savings pots. I especially like you can create virtual cards with allocated budgets for monthly spends, this is helpful for managing your money better!
