A pretty perfect bank

Everything works and they seem to listen and admit when mistakes occur in their direction. All I need is a few extra features and its done for me. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Puts every other bank to shame

Monzo just makes sense. Leading the way with features and support. Any unfortunate interaction with other banks is painfully dated and reminds me of how happy I am I switched to Monzo. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Long time user

I have been a user since early 2017 (beta) and have been using it as my main bank since the beginning of current accounts. Monzo has been nothing but great and has helped me improve my personal finance. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019

Bringing clarity to my personal and joint finances

I’d say that this may not be perfect for some people, but for me it’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. Monzo feels progressive, doing away with the old ways of banking and real-time budgeting means I’m always in the clear about my finances rather than trying to make a sustained effort to check. Innotive, honest and transparent

Simple, functional and free

Monzo has probably the best designed app: ease of use and an Eco system to pay people you know. Overdrafts are free of paid before midnight and the bank has very good customer service from my experience. Reviewed on: 11th November 2019
