How a bank should be

I've been using the current account for over 4 months now and not only is it great, but it keeps getting better - I actually look forward to the (pretty regular) updates. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

Good, but a way to go. Ghastly card!

A good start, with much to recommend. Well designed app and responsive to customer requests. My only concern is whilst this bank tries so hard to be ‘cool’ it can sometimes forget in is whacky posts that money is a serious business and frivolity is not always appropriate or appreciated. Starling, for example, gets this balance right. I also detest the colour of the card which is embarrassing to use! Good start though. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018

The best bank I've ever used!

Great usability, rapid development and brilliant customer service. I love their transparency, especially on technology they're using and around any issues they experience The feature set they have is limited but they've been a bank less than a year so far. New but awesome

Since moving to the current account Monzo has become my main account. Signup was effortless. The interface is smooth and has (almost) all the features I want. Yes it still has a lot of growth ahead but being built on new tech means legacy stuff is not an issue as with older banks and so I feel far safer putting my money in Monzo than any other bank in the world. And it will only get better because they listen to customer suggestions and then act on them. Reviewed on: 17th January 2018
