Awesome Bank, great customer service, great app

Monzo has now been my main current account for around 6 months, and it makes my life significantly easier than my previous bank. The customer service (on the rare occasion you need them) has been great. Reviewed on: 7th February 2019

Organised my digital finances

My main reason for opening a Monzo account (Mondo, back then) was purely for trying a new product that was "digital only". However, after fully switching, I realised the power of their budgeting services. I've lived in my overdraft for years. Now, for the first time, I'm finally in the black and able to budget correctly. Finally on top of my finances

Thanks to Monzo, I feel like I'm on top of my finances for the first time in my life. Instant notifications and a real time balance means I can stop myself compulsively spending. In the past I'd constantly be at the end of my overdraft, now I end the month with money to spare. The app gets feature updates regularly, whenever there are issues they communicate these well, if you'd told me a couple of years ago one of my favourite brands was a bank, I'd have laughed.
