Best bank I have ever used. And I've been through a lot of banks.

Great customer service rivaling First Direct. Best app design in the market by far. Easily accessible, can bring up your balance in a second and see every transaction immediately. I love Monzo. From the easy to use app to the quick and super friendly customer help chats - it’s such an easy and hassle free way to bank. It’s a shame we can’t pay in actual cash - but it’s rare that’s needed anyway. Can’t fault them at all! Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Banking How it Should be - Monzo

Easy to open an account. Great customer support. Instant transactional information. Monzo App responds quicker than payment points print receipts so I no longer waste paper or time. All at my fingertips with secure access from my phone. Beats online experience of my other accounts which are good but Monzo is better. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Innovative, inclusive and a bank that actually cares about its customers

This bank doesn’t shout about customer service, it just does it exceptionally well eg I withdrew cash from an ATM, somehow the amount kept repeating. Monzo sent me a text to let me know they were sorting it before I even knew there was a problem. I love how the team respond when there is an issue. I visited the US and the hotel had reserved the amount on my card, then when the actual amount was also charged, it meant I wouldnt have sufficient funds for other items. I rang the team to explain and they removed the reserved amount. I’ve had the same issue with the bank that isnt a bank and got nowhere! I also like that Monzo canvass its members opinions on how it should develop, keeps us informed about progress and gives us a chance to invest in its success. Monzo is the best bank!
