Bank of the future

Best Bank I've Ever Used!

I've been using Monzo since the beta days, it's been a phenomenal journey, I've loved every step of the way! :) It started off with just me and now a handful of my colleagues and half a dozen family members & even extended friends have seen the value of Monzo. Their transparency and receptiveness to feedback is 2nd to none! I know that there have been decisions influenced on what I've fed-back as a customer and the feeling of a suggestion being taken on-board and furthermore taken seriously is fantastic. Monzo continue to strive towards perfection, constantly iterating on features whilst sharing updates along the way... They just can't be beaten. The app is easy to use and offers everything you could hope for. Plus the staff, they're some of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I've ever had the pleasure of talking with. The perfect bank

Amazing bank, Monzo just does everything so well, from customer support to instant notifications. Makes banking a delight everyday :) Monzo manages all my finances, personal & joint, having this visibility over everything in a single place is amazing. Monzo also provide transparent details of events and things they are doing, really helps build trust unlike all other banks. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Perfect for students

Use it for limiting spending when out at clubs as I put what I want to spend on the account then I can’t spend much more and their free overdraft under £20 is helpful for when you’ve spent a little too much but prevents card being declined. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018

Amazing bank that really cares

They truly go above and beyond and don't just think about making a profit. It's the first time I've learnt so much about finances off the forum and the support from the community and staff is truly amazing. Recommend it to everyone sick of legacy banks. Disappointing

Started off great, but recently support has gone downhill and the app is more and more unfinished. Features are just rushed out. The Monzo Care has gone. Reviewed on: 6th November 2018
