Quick and easy to use

Helpful, efficient and easy to use.

I have been using Monzo for almost a year now and have found their service to be way ahead of the big banks. Any issues that I have experienced have been dealt with quickly without been passed from person to person. Excellent service and very quick response times

Banking becomes a pleasure

Monzo showed me how poorly the traditional retail banks operated. I initially acquired a Monzo account to just use when abroad, but I loved their app and company ethos so much that I know use it as my primary account.
