Customers First

After being with lots of traditional big banks I have Monzo a try and it's finally that I feel like the app is made for me to use it as a pe reason and not for the bank to build something on topic their old and out of date backend. Excellent, and already leaving the others behind

Captivated

Don’t think I’ve ever been so attached to a service / product. Love the transparency, pace of feature release and ethos of what Monzo wants to do. Great User Experience

Been #fullmonzo for 8 months and it’s been the best move I made. It’s been great seeing a live view of the money going in and out of my accout and knowing exactly what I have left to spend each month. Reviewed on: 14th January 2019

A 21st century banking experience

I love the way that you receive an immediate notification every time you undertake a transaction. The app is easy to use, and you can set up savings pots which you can set so day to day transactions are rounded up and the "change" is deposited in a savings pot. You can also set up a four weekly or monthly budget period to help with budgeting. The company communicates regularly via Twitter about both service issues and developments.
