This is the first bank that I feel works for its customers. It’s always prompt at answering questions and queries. It’s always on your side. When fraud has happened, they respond and repay quickly so that you’re not out of pocket. I have and will continue to recommend friends and family to get either current, business or both accounts. It’s very easy to use and keep your eyes on everything. The pots on both accounts that I have help budgeting. It also allows you to pay from each pot. Monzo is a fantastic banking business. Combining all accounts into one place, having many perks for customers, and bring able to open different savings pots. I especially like you can create virtual cards with allocated budgets for monthly spends, this is helpful for managing your money better! Monzo are brilliant as a bank, they are customer friendly, have a user friendly app and experience overall which makes utilising the various elements of online banking easy, as I currently have a current account, savings accounts, ISA’s and a joint account with them because I was so impressed by how dedicated to there users they are. My experience since moving to Monzo has been exceptional. Since switching from HSBC to Monzo, the difference has been night and day. Monzo’s customer service is next to none—every request is handled promptly and whats more important resolved, whereas HSBC feels stuck in the stone age unless you're a premium member. I’m so impressed with their products that I’ve even opened my business bank account too. High Street Banks have a long way to catch up not only in the products area but how they treat customers and they admin heavy procedures. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
