Monzo - banking the way forward

Liked them so much so I’ve switched my current and business account to them. Their quirky ways and in app features are a great visual tool while being expressive yet effective and great banking. I’ve even set up my kids with their under 16 banking which is very easy for them to get in with too. Great job Monzo, long may it continue. Reviewed on: 27th March 2025

Best bank ever!

I've had a really positive experience with Monzo, and I genuinely think they’re one of the best banks out there. Their app is super intuitive, making it easy to track spending, set budgets, and manage my finances effortlessly. One feature I particularly love is the instant notifications—every time I spend, I get an immediate update, which really helps with budgeting and staying in control. A great experience I had with them was when I needed to dispute a transaction. Their customer service was incredibly responsive, and everything was handled quickly and professionally through the in-app chat. They kept me updated throughout the process, and I got my issue resolved without any hassle. Another thing that stands out is how easy it is to save with their “Pots” feature. I can separate money for different goals, which has helped me stay organized financially. Plus, their round-up savings feature means I’m always putting a little extra aside without even thinking about it. Overall, Monzo has made banking simple and stress-free. I love how easy is to get help especially with the FAQ page as that has always been able to help with anything I needed. it's also amazing how easy and convenient it is to send money with the links and how I can get paid a day earlier.
