I've been banking with Monzo for 6 years and it has transformed how I look at banking. I'm saving a lot more - saving is easy and fun - and managing my finances in the app is a genuine pleasure. Customer service has always been excellent and I honestly can't believe the difference between Monzo and traditional banking. I would never go back to a traditional bank. I was hesitant from moving from a high street bank t...

I was hesitant from moving from a high street bank to Monzo, however it has been amazing. I manage my money better with pots, virtual cards for security. I have a savings pot, and have recently upgraded my account to get more benefits. Very few issues, and what issues I have had I have had them dealt with quickly and professionally.
