Had Monzo for a few years, been using them on all my overseas trips and the app is amazing at conversations. The app is by far miles ahead of the rest. I have moved all my accounts to Monzo Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

Good service and perks

I like that it's easy to get hold of someone on the in app chat rather than having to call if i want help. I also have a paid account where I get extra featurs like preferential savings rates, cinema tickets and a sausage role. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026

I can't see a time I'll stop using Monzo

I've used Monzo for around 10 years from before they were actually a bank. I can't actually think I've ever had a problem. I use it all the time, I'd be surprised if anyone used them more than I do. It's far better than any other Bank I've used. Reviewed on: 16th February 2026
